Customer service from Chaty has been absolutely amazing!
Very helpful and make sure I have everything I need.
We have WhatsApp, Email and Phone on our website and they have been very useful. I was a little annoyed when the cycle stopped mid month, but I've realised that is due to being on the free plan. (the amount of visitors could be a little higher seeing as it has nothing to do with the amount of clicks on the widget)
Overall a brilliant app! Highly recommend!

If there's no stars I will choose it , you don't even deserve a star.
The app pushes upgrade requests almost immediately and appears to count store visits even when it isn't being used. This makes the usage tracking seem inaccurate and misleading. I was very disappointed with the experience.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite contacting customer service several times with specific questions, I only received generic responses and no practical solution or real support. Considering the price, I expected much better support, so I do not recommend it.

This is a very nice, easy to use app! It has so many messaging channels to get messages through from WhatsApp to all other major messaging apps/channels. I currently use the SMS, Phone, and Custom Link channels and may be adding more in the future. I definitely recommend this app!!
Expensive for what it does. Didn't work for us though as widgets wouldn't display correctly. Supports attitude was poor, not friendly, not emphatic, instead uninterested - didn't appear to reading what I was writing in the chat. Definitely not on a par with the support from other apps we have installed.

In response to the developers reply. They did reach out to us after we uninstalled the app and we informed them that we had moved on and didn't require any further assistance. Following that, all their follow-ups were asking us to change our review which we did ignore - in the end we had to ask them to stop sending them.
