Excellent application for my website, very functional and easy to configure

The app is really great. Everything I was looking for! Karina from customer service helped me so much with all my questions. I wanted to change the position of the widget and to take off the pop up message. There are so many features, I'm really so pleased with it! So luck I found you:)

I think its the best contact buttons app i seen in a shopify stores, its working fast, easy to use, friendly and beautiful.

Just started using the free version of this app and so far two thumbs up. It was easy to install, I was able to customize the color, placement and font of the widget, and we are able to link with Instagram which holds the bulk of our customers. It’ll be nice to troubleshoot sizing with our customers in real-time who are shopping for a tricky product- BRAS. Never an easy product to order online!

After looking through all the options, i zeroed on Chaty due to the many chat options if offers. Even after using it briefly, am amazed by robustness and the simple interface that makes it easier for even a lay person to connect several social media chat options. Looking forward to a good partnership with Chaty
