Expensive for what it does. Didn't work for us though as widgets wouldn't display correctly. Supports attitude was poor, not friendly, not emphatic, instead uninterested - didn't appear to reading what I was writing in the chat. Definitely not on a par with the support from other apps we have installed.

You charged me for a year without me having to use the product. hopefully future customers will get to read this review. its a pain getting a refund from chatty and shopify you will get tossed around
