Chaty has made my communication with clients very simple and effective.
The style is quite good, the feedback and problem-solving are also very fast, and the experience is good. It mainly supports code injection, which solves a big problem for me. Other chat apps on Shopify do not have this feature.
A highly effective chat platform for customer engagement would be much more convenient with WhatsApp integration.
