Chazify ‑ Product Reviews App

I had been using another app for a while, but I was never happy with how the layout looked in our store. A friend recommended Chazify Reviews, so I decided to give it a try - and honestly, it’s been such a relief. Importing reviews was super simple, and the design fits perfectly with our store without any extra effort on our side. On top of that, most of the features we actually needed are included in the free plan, which was exactly what we were missing before.

I love using Chazify! It’s easy to set up, and I get more reviews from my customers than ever before. Highly recommend it to any small business.

Solid functionality and UX but two things set it apart from other review apps:
(1) they make it very easy to manually collect reviews via a unique link you can include in YOUR email (much higher rate of response with a custom message from your email address), and
(2) the support is outstanding - Muhammad got on the phone with me to trouble shoot and collect feedback. He put my suggestions into development within a few days. Outstanding and not something you get from the bigger app developers.
