Miserable customer support - Even after contacting them several times over a period of weeks, I received no response.
The app has a negative effect on page speed because the video thumbnails are not compressed!
i installed the app due what i saw on the describtion i thought it has a social login . Login with Tiktok . i was on the free plan there is nothing important for me. i think the devloper should let users have some of the premium features if the enjoy it they will upgrade. but if you limit new users how will they know how the up works. well the app can connect your store to Tiktok on the free plan but cant tag products. allow users to be able to tag 1 or 2 products...... i will reinstall it later if they improve it
Hi there - TikShop lets merchants create shoppable feeds using content from their TikTok account and from UGC on TikTok. Merchants login with their TikTok account in order to automatically pull content from their TikTok profile into TikShop. Our support team reached out to you on this confusion you were having and never heard back.
