Really great addition to Checkout Extensibility. Have been able to stop our reliance on custom checkout.liquid code and switch to a much simpler & highly configurable way to include things like dynamic shipping warnings/estimated production times and custom fields for tax details/EORI, etc. Look forward to testing upsell functions.

As a user of this application, I have encountered numerous problems while using it. One of the most frustrating things is the lack of an online chat feature. Whenever I need support, I have to wait for hours to get a response. Unfortunately, the support service is probably the worst that I have ever encountered. When I do get a response, it's usually just incomprehensible screenshots and messages stating that my request has been sent to the technical department.

One time, I spent my entire day trying to change the name of the delivery. However, I had to wait for hours just to get a response from the support team. Even after numerous requests, the problem persisted and nothing was done to resolve it. Eventually, they wrote that they would transfer the information about the problem to someone else, which was not helpful at all.

Overall, my experience with this application has been very negative, and I regret having purchased a plan for 1 year. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient application.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding continuous functionality issues with your application, which remain unresolved despite my previous communications with your support team. The most recent incident occurred on April 20th, and as of today, May 4th, I am still unable to access the essential functions of the application.

I have fulfilled my payment obligations for the promised service, yet the persistent issues have significantly hindered my ability to use the service effectively. This situation is impacting my store and I am extremely dissatisfied with the ongoing disruptions.

I urgently request a thorough investigation into these issues, a clear timeline for when they will be resolved, and a statement regarding compensation for the period the service has been unavailable or dysfunctional.

I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

Its a good start, but I'm hoping it expands and becomes better with more features. I currently have a date picker that I can't exclude disabled days as lead days, so as soon as it gets to Thursday customers are able to selected Monday when it should be Tuesday or later as I have excluded weekends as delivery days but no way to exclude as a lead day. I assume this will also not work for blackout days. I would of talked directly to the app developers but there is no dedicated contact service for the app but the generic shopify help, who, when I explained I wanted to add function to a checkout block dynamic content block, wrote a reply ignoring the app and included liquid code which I have no way of deploying as I have no access to the checkout code.

BEWARE - now that Shopify has purchased this app there is ZERO support. I had to fight with the chat support to even convince them that this app was owned by Shopify . We have been having issues with this app since the first install and Shopify Plus has been totally incompetent. Now they said we need to hire an outside company to fix the issue. Shopify should never have purchased this app if they were not prepared to support it.

It's refreshing to use an app that actually has a clean user interface, so you don't need instructions on how to use it. We use it to hide the Cash on delivery payment option for some countries and when certain items are present in the cart. The app works perfectly for us.

In contrast to all the other crap we tried to use and gave up.

Pretty versatile tool - provides the option for deeper customization for the tech-savvy but remains entirely straightforward for the average person.

Customer support is great and knowledgeable.

Only downside is the price-tag being a bit unreasonable for most merchants.

If you're in the market for checkout customizations start here, this solves so many problems for store owners. Terms and conditions, po box validation, custom order data at checkout - and more. Initially you may see sticker shock but the app is well worth it.

As a brand that took an early leap to checkout extensibility, checkout blocks saved the day! It is a quick and easy way to help us customize our checkout to parity on the front-end. It's a strong 4 stars! There are some minor kinks otherwise it would be 5 stars.
