Support is not very responsive or helpful with Checkout Blocks. On average it took 3.5 days for a response and often requires a follow up reminder. The interface is clunky and not intuitive but I understand it make take some creativity to integrate with the existing checkout codebase. We are still waiting to hear back about a bug that we reported 1/11.

Unfortunately the bug in question is on Shopify’s end. We’re at their mercy on when (if ever) it will be fixed.
