The app does exactly what many other apps fail to do! I tested lots of apps and Craftly was easy to set up, and the support is very quick. They even implemented regex-based rules upon request (within 1 day!). Huge thumbs up for this.

I'm still exploring the options, but it can do what I really needed: block unwanted email domains. It has so much more options, which I want to explore: payment customization and delivery customization. Customer support was very quick to help me setup my first rule, within 5 min I had a live rule!

Although the support team responded a bit late, they resolved my request within 24 hours. My request was about making the tax number field mandatory on the checkout page. They developed and added this feature to the app. It took 24 hours, but that's okay — we solved it at a moderate pace.
