In addition, the team is fantastic, they are very responsive and passionate about helping merchants. The suite of apps they have can create a CRO powerhouse if done right. Great so far for simpler needs at a simple price! Many other post-purchase customizers do all kinds of things and charge more than what makes sense for simpler needs. For me, I was just looking to add some important messages with text and images to the Thank You page and the Order Status page, and this did just that without having to commit to higher prices just because the app does more than what I need.

You can still do more with this app as well, like upsells and surveys on the Thank You and Order Status page, but sometimes you just need something simple.
