This app works perfectly for customising the checkout experience on Shopify! It’s easy to set up, and if any issue comes up, customer service is quick and super helpful. Highly recommended!

Great so far for simpler needs at a simple price! Many other post-purchase customizers do all kinds of things and charge more than what makes sense for simpler needs. For me, I was just looking to add some important messages with text and images to the Thank You page and the Order Status page, and this did just that without having to commit to higher prices just because the app does more than what I need.

You can still do more with this app as well, like upsells and surveys on the Thank You and Order Status page, but sometimes you just need something simple.

Sorry for this experience. As discussed over email, the block wasn't placed on the thank you page editor and hence it wasn't visible. The setup instructions mentioned how to place the block.

We would've loved to help and get it up and running, but since it was 3 AM here, our support team wasn't online at that point.
