Awesome customer service! I was struggling with a tricky shipping rule that needed to show up for just one specific customer—so they could select an option for us to charge their courier account number. It wasn’t straightforward, but Sam went above and beyond to help me figure it out. They were patient, knowledgeable, and stuck with me until everything was working perfectly. This app is a must have for your store to enhance the overall customer experience. Allowed me to enable or disable different delivery options based on time. Amazing customer service aswell. Recommended for sure ;)

I needed some quick assistance with setting up a special rule for a short term shipping option I was offering in my shop. BeSure answered my chat in mere seconds and wrote and helped troubleshoot the rule we needed in just a few minutes. Great service and we accomplished exactly what we wanted.

So simple and so helpful! We have products that can be shipped media-mail, and some that can't. Not to mention we also have digital products. If even one product is not media-mail eligible (except digital products), I need the media-mail shipping method hidden. Long story short our shipping rules are very complex and this app can handle it. It's super simple, not full of unnecessary features and fairly priced. Also Sam is always so responsive and helpful!

This is a really important app if you want to use invoice payments in your store only for business customers. There are several versatile payment rules you can configure. Especially the Hide Express Checkout rule is a very helpful when using invoice payments, because you want your customers to first fill out the address form in checkout, to show the appropriate payment types. Many new rules have been added over time as well. Service also top notch. We needed a little help with the configurations and Sam answered our questions within 12 hours.

I am extremely impress with the customer service provided. I had to setup a very unique flow for the checkout/shipping process and I was a little overwhelmed. I contacted them on the chat and Sam went above and beyond to help me out setting up everything. Sam literally guided me through the whole process.
You just don't find customer service like this anymore, not even close. Amazing to know that people like Sam still exist out there. I recommend 100%.
