We are still in testing mode but this is exactly the app I was looking for. We sell heavy items and wanted to make a rule that was both based on a maximum weight and a minimum spend to benefit from free shipping.
This is the only aspect I have explored right now. Very intuitive once you pick the right type of rule type. Sam was brilliant! Let's hope this improves our conversion rate :))

We had a small problem with our ecommerce website where the rules we created weren't available while testing it, but customer service was great and Sam helped us fix the problem we were having.
