It Just Works. Using this app on our store to move a free pickup option to the bottom of the list of shipping methods so it doesn't get chosen accidentally any more. Easy to use, convenient testing mode.

The only app that has been able to Block Po boxes form the shipping address line for us.

Works like a charm. Setup took only a minute or two. Strange that reordering shipping methods isn't a default Shopify option.
