Shit Support. I asked the support to setup the app for me. He did terrible job. Now, I am texting them that set it up properly. No one is replying to my messages.

Thank you for your feedback. We had already replied to your messages and explained that the issue is due to another cart application installed on your store. For our app to work properly, that app needs to be uninstalled. Once that’s done, we’ll be happy to set everything up correctly for you.
