We have been using ChinaDivision for fulfillment for about 6 months now - the overall experience has been pretty good so far. They take away the headache of managing the fulfillment of the orders and we can focus on marketing and customer service.
The staff is super helpful (especially Carol) and works with us to resolve any issues.

Why is this app back on Shopify?! This company is destroying businesses! We still have no answers for where our inventory disappeared to. This app should be removed!
UPDATE: Even after having lost over $20,000 of our inventory they have been repeatedly asking us to "top up" our account, which we very reluctantly did because a new order came in. Well, 2 new problems now. We sent the money via PayPal with the link we used for years but now they won't accept it because it wasn't a "Friends and Family" transfer. They also won't return the money that was sent but said we need to contact PayPal. If it's not resolved today they will be reported for fraud. The second new problem is that they now lost more inventory! The new order that just came in was only for products that we were told are in inventory and not lost. Now they are saying some of this order is lost also. And now we are waiting again for an update. Shopify really should ban China Division and CN Storm from their platform. PayPal as well. --- China Division has destroyed our business. We have been stuck with them for years since getting our inventory out has been complicated. We found out this week that they have lost most of our inventory, worth tens of thousands of dollars, which means we are effectively out of business. I'm sure they will jump in the comments and say we aren't a client, which seems to be their way of dealing with angry customers. Our original rep Crystal was good to work with then we were moved to Chloe, who has been a real headache to deal with. We were recently moved to a new rep whose name I forget. In all fairness, I don't think the reps are the problem. This is a company rotten from the top down. I'll update the review if anything changes. Hopefully, they find our inventory, but we are being ghosted now. Oh, and the app is pretty much unusable. We have been having to upload orders manually in spreadsheets to fulfill orders.
The app works perfectly, never had any issues.
To make it clear: This app serves the customers of China Division, you should open an account with them and have your stock stored at their warehouse!
The service is impeccable and the cost is very fair. I've been using China Division to ship worldwide for almost two years and I'm extremely happy.

ChinaDivision lost my products which cost a large sum of money. It took them months to investigate with which I got a reply “ the products were destroyed due to overdue fee’s “

ChinaDivision claims we have never been a customer of theirs. While our first instinct is to call this a stone cold lie, we should give them the benefit of the doubt - given their astounding level of incompetence, it is perfectly plausible that they have simply lost their records and don't know who their customers are/were.
As stated in original review, their 5-star reviews are fake. Bet your life. Consider the timing pattern:
April 20 - May 17, 2018 : six 5-star reviews over a 27 day period
< SEVEN MONTH GAP >
December 6 - December 8, 2018 : two 5-star reviews over a 3 day period
< SEVEN MONTH GAP >
July 26 - August 1, 2019 : four 5-star reviews over a 6 day period
< NINE MONTH GAP >
April 21 : two 5-star reviews on THE SAME DAY
Now comes the awkward part where we have to give the unbelievably incompetent devil his due: some of the 1-star reviews may also be fake.
The introduction of COVID-19 has no doubt taken what was already a complete shambles of an operation to previously unheard of levels of customer dissatisfaction, so more negative reviews are to be expected. Nevertheless, the recent influx seems unlikely, with a whopping six 1-star reviews in a single day. It seems more likely that this is an angry customer on a crusade.
So, has ChinaDivision been unfairly maligned? Of course not. They are a raging dumpster fire and if you choose to work with them you have nobody but yourself to blame when your business inevitably fails.

They fuck up a lot. Just massive incompetence. They can't do what they say they can.
Oh and then they refuse to compensate for their fuckups even though it is in the contract.
I also suspect at least some of their positive reviews here are fake - notice how clustered the dates are. Why did everyone suddenly think they're amazing on July 26th?
