The Chizy AI chatbot is quite interesting and really adds value to my store. The features are cool, easy to access, and the replies feel natural and engaging. I especially like the product suggestion feature—it makes the shopping experience smoother for customers. One of my favorite parts is that I can add my own logo, which makes the chatbot feel personalized to my brand. The attending and overall support are also great. Highly recommended!

The experience using this app so far has been amazing. The team have gone above and beyond assisting me to implement the chat bot on my site and implement some customisations to match my branding.
