I don't recommend it! The site takes 20 seconds longer to load on the mobile version, and the app puts a lot of strain on the site and doesn't work correctly.
Test it on a different site than the live version, otherwise you could ruin your conversion rate.

We’ve conducted a detailed review of your store’s performance and would like to share our findings with you.
First of all, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the performance concerns. We fully understand how important site speed is for customer experience.
After carefully analyzing the data, it appears that the Chizy app is not the main factor affecting your store’s performance.

We can see significant changes in the critical (red) performance factors, mainly related to scripts from Klaviyo, Facebook, and Instagram:

--> We will continue optimizing our app to reduce any impact further, but based on this analysis, Chizy is not the primary cause of the low performance score.
Regarding the observation that “loading speed reduced by 20 seconds after disabling Chizy,” this is likely related to browser caching.
On the first load, resources (including Chizy) are not cached, so it takes longer.
On subsequent loads, cached resources significantly reduce loading time, which can create the impression that disabling an app improved performance.
We are continuously working to optimize Chizy and would truly appreciate another opportunity to support your store. If you’re open to trying Chizy again, we will surely re-evaluate performance together and ensure it’s optimized as much as possible for your setup.

The best AI chatbot I have tried yet. The funcionality and AI answers are good, most customers cannot tell its not human. App has also great support that can solve any issues and custom requests.
We’ve tested several AI chatbot solutions for our store, and has honestly been one of the best support experiences we’ve had with any Shopify app.
What impressed us most is not only the chatbot itself, but the team behind it. They are incredibly responsive, open to feedback, and genuinely committed to improving the product based on merchant needs.
During our setup, we shared advanced use cases related to our customer service workflow with , Click & Collect order statuses, AI knowledge training, and cart/theme integration. The Chizy team listened carefully, escalated technical issues quickly, and fixed important functionality on our store, including cart refresh issues and order fulfillment status interpretation, in a very short time.
What really stands out is that they don’t just provide standard support replies, they actually collaborate with you to make the product better. They took our technical suggestions seriously, reviewed Shopify GraphQL logic we shared, and implemented fixes that made the chatbot much more accurate for our business.
The app has huge potential, and if they continue at this pace, it can become one of the strongest AI customer service tools in the Shopify ecosystem.
Highly recommended, especially for merchants looking for a team that truly listens, acts fast, and keeps improving.
