On ne peut ajouter les commandes qui ne sont pas remontées sur l'application Chronopost de Shopify.
De plus, l'application lâche sans prévenir ce qui nous empêche d'éditer les étiquettes, les clients n'ont pas les bons tarifs et en plus il faut les contacter pour s'excuser de la situation.... sans parler le choix des points relais qui s'affiche à la post commande et dont les clients ne choissent pas .... il y a encore du boulot !
L'application fonctionne plutôt bien, mais les montants de paramétrage des offres ne prennent pas en compte les remises au panier, comme le fait Shopify ! Du coup 50€ au panier n'est pas égal à 50€ chez Chronopost...
The app automatically displays delivery prices at checkout, which is great—if only it worked properly. Many shipments are later charged an additional $17 remote area fee on our monthly bill. This fee is not included in the shipping price shown to the customer at checkout, which causes us to lose money on these orders.
This extra charge should be automatically factored into the delivery cost as soon as the customer enters their shipping address, so that the total reflects the true cost upfront.
