With Chronopost, you can easily ship your orders in France and in more than 230 countries and territories, either to your customers' homes or to one of the parcelshops of the Pickup network, the densest network of parcelshop and lockers in Europe (13,000 pick-up points in France and 42,000 in Europe).

With our Predict interactive notification service, let your consignees take control of their delivery to ensure a successful delivery on the first attempt: they can reschedule their delivery date, have it delivered to a neighbour's home or a safe place and deliver it directly to the parcelshop of their choice. Chronopost is committed to the planet and to reduce its carbon impact: In 2021, 18 cities will be delivered 100% in alternative vehicles (electric vehicles, NGVs or Velocargo). We also compensate all of our carbon emissions related to our business.

From the frontoffice :

• Propose one of Chronopost's many delivery offers dedicated to domestic customers (home delivery, relay delivery, in France and abroad).
• Your customer chooses his Pickup parcelshop directly on our interactive map, integrated into the order tunnel.
• With the Chrono Precise offer, your customer chooses his date and his 2-hour delivery time slot in a weekly schedule integrated into the order tunnel.

Note: The choice of pickup parcelshop can only be made after the payment step. If your site is configured under Shopify Plus and you wish to change this phase of the order tunnel, please contact our Startup Team.

From the back office :

• Quickcost: Automatic display of the transport rate (retrieval of the Chronopost contract rate) with the possibility of adding a mark up.
