Regarding the Load More button behavior — the app is designed to show or hide the button based on pagination settings and theme structure. In most cases, this can be adjusted easily with a small configuration or theme-specific tweak. This is something our support team regularly helps merchants with, and we’d have been glad to fix it for you.

We’d also like to clarify that your subscription was on a monthly plan, not an annual plan, though this does not affect the level of support we provide — all users receive the same assistance.
