Hi Guys.
Just to congrats the amazing job done by Kapil and Hobibor.
They are very professional and very responsible supporting my questions all time. At the begining was very difficult to start using the system, however the phone support team was very patient taking my frustration and step by step they answered all my queries. I can say the support is an asset here also the system is pretty reliable. It still has some small things that could be improved, but definetely better than others.
Thank you guys, you changed my opinion about the system.

Do not ever consider Cin 7. We have been punished by them for the last 5 years. Cin 7 will randomly perform updates that will disrupt your other connections. Their technical support and customer service is non-existent and they take weeks to respond to urgent support emails.

If you're looking at a high-powered software for inventory management, run. This software has cost me thousands of dollars and takes up more of my staff's time than actual work. It does not function properly - even BASIC functions. Customer support is relatively non existent on email. When you submit cases, they go unanswered. This was one of the worst decisions I made in my 9 years of ownership.
