I installed the app but it doesn't show up on my website also the logo images I uploaded are too large and I don't know how to delete them...

Hi there. As the first part of the installation states at the top of the page, we have a 24-48 hour waiting period before a brand can be approved, that is why the app does not appear at first installation. Unfortunately, we are unable to move forward with your store approval, as your products fall into one of our guidelines of businesses we currently cannot support: Your products are in a category we currently cannot feature due to regulatory matters or our payment processer guidelines: supplements, weight loss, products with CBD or THC, or alcohol. We’d love to see how Knockout Power Nutrition continues to grow, and if anything changes, please stay in touch.
