CJ account management team is very responsive. Our only critique would be faster updates to pixels whenever Shopify rolls out a new feature. We have been waiting to full upgrade to checkout extensibility and can't because the CJ pixel isn't supported yet inside extensibility.

CJ is a great Network for driving topline revenue, but their service is awful. Our app went down and it took 12 days to get someone to help get it back online. In the meantime revenue was off and our entire media buy was thrown off leading to an NOP loss that was unplanned. Do not put all your eggs in this basket.

We moved our Affiliate program over from Big Commerce to Shopify. This app made it super easy and CJ even provided great support to make it happen. April and Edward were super helpful in getting us up and running quickly on Shopify.
