We were already able to test claimbase during early access and are extremely satisfied with it.

We use the app for sales on instagram. This includes not only live sales, but also story sales and feed sales. Our customers are all very happy with the app as it is easy to understand and makes everything fairer. We were surprised how many claims are blocked by Instagram in the chat during live sales! With Claimbase, we now see every claim and the whole sale is much fairer.

For sellers, live sales are much more relaxed because you don't have to add up customer purchases at the end of the live sale and upload them to the shop. Claimbase does it all automatically!

Also, if a customer doesn't pay their claim, we can go straight into the app and see who else wanted the product but didn't get it, and write to them directly.

The customer support is also unrivalled. Questions are answered at all times and you get great support. You can tell that a lot of time and passion has gone into this app. I can definitely recommend the app.

We use Claimbase mainly for our Live Sales but also Story Sales, DM Sales and Feed Sales on Instagram. Our customers got the hang of claiming with Claimbase pretty fast and love it!

Also for us, it has been so much easier managing our claims! We have been totally shocked by how many comments actually get blocked by Instagram! We can‘t even imagine how we ran our Live Sales before the App. It’s a total game changer for my shop.

Also not having to write invoices in the middle of the night after a long Live takes a lot of stress off our shoulders and we can focus more on connecting with our customers instead!

I have just started my small business and decided to use Claimbase right from the start when the app was in early access. The app makes it easier for me to sell via Instagram. Livesales are fairer, customers get direct feedback on their successful claims and can check out directly via the link sent to them. No more manual public listing after the sales and invoicing is so much quicker.
All claims can also be viewed retrospectively and items that have become available again can be offered to customers who were also interested.
The developers are constantly working on improving and expanding the app. The support is very fast and helpful.
I am absolutely satisfied and can only recommend the app to anyone who sells on Instagram.
