Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Unfortunately we had a server outage for about 18 hours. I am not sure about your comment on the support, because we did have had an email conversation, though it took a few hours for me to reply on your initial email. It is sometimes simply not possibly to reply within 30 minutes, especially when different timezones are involved.
