Não tive nenhum contato de suporte
Infelizmente com isso acredito não poder pagar os 9 dólares principalmente pq
Estava no trailer de 3 dias

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Unfortunately we had a server outage for about 18 hours. I am not sure about your comment on the support, because we did have had an email conversation, though it took a few hours for me to reply on your initial email. It is sometimes simply not possibly to reply within 30 minutes, especially when different timezones are involved. In case you have been charged during the outage, please let me know and I will resolve the issue. Kind Regards, Markus
