They responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently, without any back-and-forth delays. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and know their product inside out. Very impressed with Clay B2B lock. They have excellent customer service and have worked diligently to remove old code from previous lock app and get theirs working smoothly on my very large and complicated site. The interface of this app is very simple and intuitive. I have now used several of these lock apps and paid for them and this app (currently free) is the best of them all. Even if it had a fee this app is worth it 100% and the team is extremely responsive, helpful and knowledgeable in code.

This app deserves more 5 stars in my opinion. It's simple to use and if you're not sure how to set your lock, just ask them and they'll do it for you. We tested many of these lock app and this one is the top if you wish to hide the pricing on your store. We highly recommend this app :-)

We are only new to using Clay, but the app does exactly what we want it to. We needed wholesale pricing only visible to customers with certain tags and only when logged in. This did not happen initially due to my error in setting it up but the customer service provided was fantastic and CS sorted it within moments.
