Today everything runs smooth, and if there is any problem they respond extremely quick.

El soporte es muy bueno, las personas te responden a tiempo y se dan el tiempo de configurar, ayudar, programar y demás, todos los requerimientos que se nos ocurra como empresa, desde ocultar productos sin stock, configurar ellos clientes con un 5, 7 o 10%, ayudarnos en crear colecciones con precios distintos, agregar el IVA y muchas cosas más. Muy contentos con esta app y la recomiendo mucho.

Einfach in der Anwendung, gut an den Shop anzupassen und sehr engagierter und vor allem schneller Support. Bei einer uneinheitlichen Darstellung der Mails in verschiedenen Programmen wurde meine Anfrage innerhalb von einem Tag komplett erledigt. Die Kosten sind im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Anbietern überschaubar und klar strukturiert. Sehr zu empfehlen !

I do understand the time waiting when it comes to business. I had an issue with my wholesale allowing my subscription to combine. Even though I had to wait for a minute to get this fix, it was done and in as timely as could be. This is a great app to handle our wholesale pricing. We are able to easily run multiple price lists and easily upload via a bulk upload as we have over 300 products. The payment terms and setting up the shipping options are also very easy to use. We built our own wholesale page on the Eurus theme and had a custom quick order form built, we really appreciated the support from Clay to make sure the wholesale prices appeared on this page also.
