We've been using Clearbanc for several months now. I like the fact that Clearbancs revenue sharing model works well for us. I can market using borrowed capital from them and then they collect a percentage of the sale to be paid back to what I owe them.

Pros:
- Get offers based on your top line revenues
- Get cash back when you spend funds on marketing expenses
- Investment team was knowledgeable and not pushy
- Not a loan, a commercial revenue share
