Good product, but billing is not integrated with Shopify like every other app. Couldn't access their platform to update billing details. They sent the outstanding balance to a debt collector.
Its been over 3 months since they said my chargeback was approved for refund. Kept telling me its the next payout, but its starting to get old. Messaged them 1 months ago on an update, and was ignored until today explaining reason codes which was already provided and approved. Hopefully this negative review will get them to finally payout the refund.

This is literally a trash company with as trash team that misleads stores into believing that they're covered from chargebacks when they really aren't. I am so disappointed in the entire team. They even ignored my emails when I requested to cancel the service. BEWARE! Do not believe them. It's BS.
