This app is giving us an extra layer of fraud protection which is really helpful in certain markets. Support has been excellent and setup was straight forward. Highly recommend.

Ralph is great and helpful. Thanks :) And the app gives fraud protection for peace of mind whoch is well worth it for a small premium. However, had one high-value order (close to $3000 value) rejected even though Shopify classed it as low risk. Lost a sale there as I do not want to risk unprotected order. It would be good to know detailed reason of rejection for those instances.

ClearSale is the best Fraud Detection software. Saves us a ton of time and instills confidence on the orders they approve. Very high approval rate for orders. Other options are overpriced compared to ClearSale. Switch to ClearSale right away!

So far Clearsale has given me piece of mind. Before this I was merely cancelling all the orders that were marked by Shopify as medium or high risk. Now Clearsale handles all that and I have got 100% approval so far. There is room for improvement. Sometimes the approval may take up to 48hrs according to the contract by Clearsales and that has a set back on our delivery promise to customers. We look forward to expedite that process. Clearsales is definitely a must for all shopify users.

Regarding the time to review orders, keep in mind that these are orders that are suspect and would have been declined in your previous scenario. we sometimes need a little bit of time to dig in deeper to see if there is a way we can approve the customer. We never want to make you miss on your promises to customers or change your workflow. Our team can reach out and talk about the option to work through different SLAs for completion of reviews so that it is a fit for everyone.

Clearsale provides a no-hassle way of dealing with fraud. Although I can check up on orders myself, I'm no expert in fraud, so it's nice to have this running in the background, along with the peace of mind from chargeback guarantee.

The app integrates very well with my store, decisions are made very quickly. It's a relief to know I am insured against fraudulent purchases. I had a minor issue with setting up my correct bank account for refunds and some communication errors with the company, but when they realized the situation they were very quick to get it resolved, cc'ing me on all communications. Overall very happy with the service and how they resolved my issue.
