Great customer service. We’ve worked with ClearSale for nearly four years, and their team has consistently helped protect our business. While messages escalated to senior support can take a bit longer at times, they always follow up in a timely and professional manner. Support is very difficult to get in touch with, everything feels like a sales pitch rather than helping existing customers. They take a cut from every transaction despite not providing coverage for every transaction (transactions over a certain value are not protected even though you get charged for them). Responses are taking longer and longer to come through and false positives have increased making it difficult to justify this service.
We appreciate your candid input—it helps us identify where improvements are needed. Our team will continue working to refine our processes, reduce decision friction, and deliver the level of service our merchants expect.
