Badly made banners made with pigeon English text, post per click budgets all over the place 'why would I pay over 30p for someone to click to an item that we sell for under £2'??? They do not bother to get to know your business or what you wish to achieve they just churn our bad generic ads and banners. Over the weeks we used this app we had lots of visitors that resulted in zero sales, some days GoogleAds charged us for 100+ clicks when we only received 60 visits, I'm no mathematician but that don't add up!

I have installed free version and received some info that they made 80 keywords - but they didn't say exactly what keywords. They have made some awful banners, so I wanted to change them, to do this I had to get premium version for 24$ a month, but I still could not change banners. Don't recommend this app it is not worth it.

I have to change my review at this time... everything is a mess! The dollar amount due shown through adwords is different than what this app says it is. I have now contacted support 4 times and it's still not fixed! I plan to call Shopify to complain about this company if this is not fixed very quickly. I have been waiting long enough and now they have costed me $$$$. ! Not happy at all.

Unfortunately, I my experience with this app/platform is rather negative - due 5-6 weeks I've been using Premium plan my ads Costs Per Acquisition is nearly tripled, and manager (Carlos) wasn't particularly helpful - e.g. my last ticket, I opened before deleting this ad, still unanswered - after 5 days! I don't think it's count as Premium service and definitely not the level of support I'd expect form paid app. Shame.

Clever clicks got access to my awords account without my permission and made a ton of very spammy adds that cost me over $300.

It feels like a scam.

Don't use this app! They use click bots and your daily budget will go in 30 min by automated bots (not real customers visiting your site)

We are a Google Premier Partner and we never use Bots to increase your traffic, all your clicks come from real people searching products like the ones you have. You can track the traffic on your Google Ads account.

I started the free trial of this app, uploaded and confirmed all the information but am still unable to see any of what the campaigns look like or edit them. Half the time the dashboard doesn't load, and I can only see metrics, but no specifics. What is the 14-day free trial? I thought this App had a free plan as listed in the app store. I have contacted support but have not heard from anyone in over a week.

Not impressed. I had upgraded to premium for more functionality and was not able to edit the text in the web banners as I had misinterpreted "Customize banners". Which once you upgrade, means you can only edit the colour and font, not the text.

Emailed for assistance to have the web banner text changed and it was changed to another text I had not requested.

Currently in the process of trying to get a refund which I am also finding difficult.

Thank you for your review. We have tried our best to deliver the best service possible. I am sorry, but we did not at any point state that the Banner Customizer will help you to change the text from the banners. However, we do offer the possibility of changing the fonts used, the themes colors and the logo attached. We apologize nonetheless for the inconvenience we may have caused you.

We have tried to use this app 2 times in 2 years. Ads were horid, wrong logo, wrong search terms, never again.
