Easy to set it up and to use great app to use for Google ads i had fun setting up my google ads thanks
Very easy to install. After the guys at Clever Adwords set up my campaigns with Google Adwords it took less than a day for me to start getting impressions. You can adjust your budget directly from you Shopify settings.The best part that the app is FREE!

Verdict is still out. Gonna try this app to see and will give feedback at that time. Ads seem like throwing your net in the water and getting no fish. So perhaps I need to try the other side if the boat.
