Clever: Google Ads & Shopping

Set up was super easy. Customer care has been amazing and most importantly I have made 2 sales in the first 2 days of using the app. I am very excited to be finally using a shopping app that really work!

I believe the right question would be “How do you rate this app and the people behind it?”.
The app itself works well but the people and the amount of support deserve 10 stars! I worked mainly with Ben (Benjamin Grimes) and his knowledge and the amount of support is amazing! We exchanged several emails back and forth to make sure the campaigns are properly setup and well optimized. Not only that but Ben and his team went way above my expectations and their standard support level in order to fix some mistakes in my account that were crucial. I also worked with Carlos and he was helpful as well. So what this app and the company separates from any other is their great customer service and the knowledge. I strongly recommend this team and their product to everyone and more importantly to all store owners that have a little or no knowledge about advertising methods and techniques. Truly 10-STARS team!!

I immediately started to get traffic from google ads and clever. This is my first time doing this and I had no clue how to set everything up. Google made it easy, most of the process is automated, you just have to give them accurate information to get the ball rolling. I’ve spent a little over $100 and I’ve gotten over 1.2k clicks in the last 7 days. No closed sales yet, but I’m giving it some time and working out some kinks with my landing page etc.

Nothing but a nightmare trying to set things up. I keep getting "server errors" as a message and I'm unable to move forward. When I used to deal with Clever things were so much easier. That's not the case now.

Set up is super easy! Set up the ads is quick and easy! Amazing! Ben is the goat! He is walking trough every process and fix the issue on my account. Highly recommended this app for the user that need help with all the ads campaign.
