We are using this for pick-up dates and times for orders. While we have yet to launch, the app does exactly as we need. Since we need it for pick-up only and not delivery, we needed a very specific type of app and this does the trick! Aside from a great app, the customer service is exceptional. The team helped me figure out what our issue was, which was a simple fix that my crew overlooked, and I have no doubt that if I ever have a problem in the future, Zapiet will answer as promptly and thoroughly as they did the first time. Well I have to say that Zapiet has the best support team I have ever experienced! Stephane Fattizzo has done more than just help me out he has went above and beyond for our business and I've dealt with many apps, this is impeccable! My store does use a lot of different shipping profiles! and Zapiet works with Intuitive shipping to give you the freedom you need for whatever your shipping scenarios may be! The best customer support on the app store. Zapiet delivers everything they promise and more. I'm not tech savvy, so they went in and cleaned up some nasty old code on my site. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
We used the app to do our delivery and pickup and it really works great. The support is super fast and very friendly, never too much to ask to help and think with us. Highly recommend :-).

These guys are great! Great app and super quick to respond when you need help installing the app. Looking forward to when they integrate this into ajax pop-ups!
