Zapiet – Abholung + Zustellung

What app doesn't have bugs here and there. On the technical level, I am software illiterate. It takes a few steps to suit my needs. But what made me stay is the customer service. They never disappoint. I really mean that. Solid app. 4/5. But the people made it 5/5. Well done.

This app is fantastic at providing features not available with native Shopify. If you're looking to manage local deliveries vs domestic shipping where specific products can only be delivered locally and not shipped, but some products can be shipped then this app is for you! The customer service is just fantastic, Marija particularly helped me with kind and patient instructions when I got stuck with something. It may seem pricey, but it's worth it!

We understand that it's super hard to make a guide that works flawlessly as the theme developers constantly update their code bases without informing the app developer. The founder Andrew, and his team responded in a matter of hours and were really hands on on solving the issues.

We really appreciated working with them, and we can DEFINITELY RECOMMEND working with the app and the Zapiet team.

due to the corona crisis our restaurant had to close! We setup a new webshop for people to order our food online and pickup or let it be delivered. This app helps us to streamline our local deliveries. It integrates with our local delivery platform, Roadie. Stephane was extremely helpful in getting our storefront set up with what was needed to streamline our deliveries.
