Works great. I only have one pickup location, so maybe that makes it easier to use? No issues that I can see.

The app works well when it works but support is unavailable. I opened a support ticket and it got closed with no resolution, no follow up and no notification. I discovered they closed my ticket themselves without telling me. I have sent countless emails and left phone messages and have had no resolution to my store pick up issue after 8 days. We lost a whole bunch of Mother’s Day business. I understand they are super busy during this time but I wish there was someone who could help me. I really want to use this product but they don’t make it easy!

We had "In-store Pickup" listed on our shipping options for $0 and had multiple customers choosing the option regardless of the fact they were nowhere near our store. This lead to multiple issues with customer service; namely people angrily reaching out to ask why their order hadn't shipped yet. Most had chosen the option solely because it was the only "free shipping" available. Thanks to Zapiet we no longer deal with that issue because the store address and pickup option are clearly visible to our customers before even reaching their checkout. The app is aesthetically pleasing, the customer service at Zapiet goes above and beyond, and the it works exactly as it should... causing minimal to no confusion on the customer's end and saving us significant time sending shipping invoices for those who mistakenly used to choose in store pickup. The app has all the necessary functions it should have for store pickup & delivery service. However, the app has quite a bit of glitch depending on a customer's browser & the customer service team is very slow to fix the issue.

This is the ideal app if you have one or more pick-up locations you want to offer customers instead of (or in addition) to shipping options. My favorite feature is the offset functionality, so if it takes time to make an order, you can set it so the customer cannot choose to pick it up until X days. It's pretty reasonably priced but what makes it stand out is the support. Andy is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the app is working in an optimal way in your store.
