I'm 3 days into my free trial and I'm already so impressed! I've been looking for ages for an app that can deal with Pick Up, Local Delivery and Shipping all as something separate. It has shown to be perfect for what I need!! I struggled to set a couple of things up but both Stefan and Sandy gave a 5* service which helped me solve the situations in minutes, not hours!! Thank you guys! Highly recommend

Customer support for this app is the best I've experienced. The app has always functioned as advertised, but when I've had one-off questions/requests, the Zapiet team has addressed my needs fast and successfully. As a non-technical store operator, I tend to run into more than my fair share of roadblocks. One time, Andrew (the founder of Zapiet), even took time out of his evening to assist me personally with some functionality questions that had been giving me trouble. Service like this is what separates the truly great Shopify apps from the average ones. I look forward to a long and successful relationship with Andrew and his team and I am excited to experience what they build next!

Support was quick to respond and very helpful in guiding me how to set up my zip codes for delivery.

We currently sell cakes from our store in Sydney and Zapiet allows provides as app that does everything we need to for pick-up date and time options! Love that we can have different opening hours for each day as well as cut-off times. Also, the support is great, replies to all my problems :)

Great APP. I use it for effective pick & delivery dates, times & rates. It works really well. The only downside is you can't use the buy now button.

Gar nicht so leicht alles richtig einzustellen. Aber der Support hilft super schnell. Bei einem Update hatte sich irgendwas umgestellt; der Support hat es sofort behoben. Klare Empfehlung!
