AMAZING APP AND AMAZING SUPPORT! The app is amazing and does exactly what it says it does. Location pickup is a great benefit option. The customer support team is like no other and has been super quick with their responses. I reached out for help regarding some confusions I was having setting up my local delivery and pickup rates. Aaron League helped me to solve my issues. He provided in depth explanations as to why I was having issues and how to fix them and was prompt in his responses. I had been attempting to resolve these issues on my own for over a week and within 24 hours he had fixed the for me including coding in my own theme, shipping rates, and fixing issues on my products. Everything we could ask for! We're a florist and needed a calender for pick up and delivery and this app does EVERYTHING it says it does! After installing the app, Veno was super helpful in setting it up properly and assisting with all my (sometimes very vague) questions. He was patient and incredibly useful. This app is well worth every cent and integrates perfectly!

We have very particular delivery setting; we offer next-day delivery Tuesday - Friday nationwide and Monday - Friday in Central Dublin only, and four different locations to collect from Monday - Friday nationwide. We also needed to restrict products to certain locations. This app has allowed us to do all of this and I had a great experience with the support team - extremely helpful setup call at no added cost where they went through everything with me - and with a recent support query they were able to immediately provide me with the solution I need to add the delivery/collection date and order notes to the New Order Template email. Can't recommend them enough!

Was using this app to restriction certain products from being shipped but I had trouble setting a few things up. Customer service is very helpful and they actually care about your online shop. Set up is easy after you get used to it, highly recommend.

A must have. This is one of the most professional app we found and use. For us it combined three main features by offering the option of pickup & delivery (as well as shipping) + date and time picker + rates by post code / zip code. Basically does the job of three different apps, but better. The interface is excellent, as well as the customer experience it provides. A logistical solution that we now swear by. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely fantastic! It comes with a free setup call and we had the pleasure to be helped by Marija who was extremely helpful by listening and understanding our needs. She set up the app for us in order for it to perform at its best for the logistical system of our business.
