This app will let our customer to receive a greater delivery service. We were having a few issues with the integration of the app with our page, but thanks to the technical support resources, in particular of Marija, we were able to fix the issues and now our customer will be able to receive fair delivery rates.

I used the app to provide time and date picker at checkout for local delivery. the support team was very responsive and help me work the translation issues. Definitely recommended.

I operate a delivery only bakery. This application is essential for my operation. The delivery only option, date and time range selectors, and a few other features have enabled my bakery to go from the phone tag game to rapid online ordering. In addition, I recently encountered an issue with the application. The team was very responsive, found it was and issue on their end, and immediately had the issue resolved. I can't expect a better turnaround on customer service.

Perfect app for something we needed to make our online store function as we need it to. After install there we needed a minor adjustment, but the support team is really lovely, responded very quickly and fixed it right up!

I just love this app. I set it up this morning and was able to customize it to my liking quite quickly. Plus I reached out to support for a question about extra, unwanted spacing in a section of information ahnnd, despite the chat window stating they would get back to me in a couple hours...I got clear directions back in less than 15 minutes ahnnd support logged into my shopify account [with my permission of course] and make some technical, backend edits and code too to another area in the Local Pickup section that wasn't to my liking. Our garden club is on its second year of using Zapiet to schedule order pickup on Shopify. It is the only scheduler app that allows for pickup only. Zapiet support is readily available and very pleasant to work with. They are patient with us novices and they are thorough in the work the they do. They provide the necessary tutorial and walk us through the process. We are now ready to open our store.

A lifesaver for our delivery logistics (we deliver frozen vegan meals at home). The support is super fast and effective. The inevitable small issues/questions during setup are immediately dealt with by the helpdesk, couldn't have asked for more.
