Srivastav was very helpful in resolving the issue and was very quick and polite. Srivastav also provided a loom video to assist with correcting the configuration settings.

It's a shame that initially so much time was taken up by "Zack" the AI bot prior to being escalated to a person. It would have been a much better customer experience if I was directed to a person initially.

I'm with this app for years for my store. The app works well for pickup/delivery options and the help centre is helpful. They also offer multiple languages, EN-FR for my store.

Works wonderfully and exactly what we needed. Had minor issues with set-up on my end (i had the wrong settings), but my support rep, Salaj, was wondeful. Super fast and friendly.

This app does exactly what it promises. The front-end display looks clean, clear, and professional, which is a big plus for customers.

What really stood out for me was the support. We accidentally broke something on our end, reached out, and got help almost immediately. They even logged into our store and fixed it for us — the whole thing took under 30 minutes. The chatbot is actually useful for quick issues too, and when the problem was more technical, a developer jumped in right away.

Overall: solid app, great UI, and genuinely impressive support.

Betty from Zapiet support team quickly resolved an issue I had been having with Zapiet and Shopify delivery rates. The problem was resolved quickly, correctly, and she even helped with another update I had been trying to do for our checkout.

Zapiet is a very good app for managing local delivery in Shopify. The setup can be a bit challenging at the beginning, especially when configuring delivery rates and settings, but the support team was incredibly helpful. Rutvik assisted me patiently and guided me through the process step by step until everything was working correctly. The team was very efficient and responsive, and they made sure the issue was fully resolved.
