I'm a big fan of Zapiet. I offer local delivery, pickup, and shipping. I have very specific requirements (orders for future dates, cannot provide address until upon order confirmation, etc.). With Zapiet, I'm fortunately able to accomodate all of my unique requirements. I'm not great at tech and have had difficulty setting up my first ecommerce store. Every time I had an issue, Zapiet was able to respond to my questions quickly and clearly. They save me so much time and trouble! Thank you for the stellar customer service, Zapiet! I highly recommend this app!

Good app but always breaks one every 2-3 weeks, customer support is unbelievable slow, did not check issue thoroughly and only one reply a week and sometime more than a week, always blame on covid-19 as an excuse. I have to look for alternative.

The app is extremely user friendly and the staff and Zapiet are super helpful and nice. Sam helped me step by step with setting up the app and walking me step by step to understand everything that the app is capable of doing. This app is an absolute must for any shop that does pick up and deliveries. The user interface is sleek and professional looking. Customizability and scalability is great too with Sam and his team always tweaking and making it better. Sam is the man. He's brilliant and works hard to make this an amazing app. The support is excellent as well. He really made time for me and helped to make sure everything was up and running. This is a must have app for B&M stores with online presence. Andrew and his team is unbelievable. Here is a quick example: I emailed him an issue and he immediately responded 9:00 pm london time! Wow! who even provides support that late? Very quick with fixing the issue. The price is reasonable and they are not in the business of nickle and diming the businesses. Excellent app and excellent support.

I started using the app due to issues with other pickup and delivery apps and, while it is slightly more expensive, it is worth every penny. The help I have received throughout is amazing and they were able to code for me to make their app function exactly as I wanted! Kudos to Robert :) Amongst the others to help me out throughout the way!

We use the app for showing customers delivery windows and have also liked the ability to integrate orders automatically to a Google Calendar.
