This app is extremely important for our business as many customers want to do an in store pick up! Also Ismail was extremely attentive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

This app is fabulous, I love it. Now my customers can choose between home delivery and in-store pickup, and indicate their preferred day and time, according to my set preferences. Thanks so much for your responsiveness and for your help Andy, and taking the extra time with me to make sure the app works really well on my site and looks great.

Hello I had some issues with the support for the delay in solving an issue with there app , but finally, they were in contact with me again and solved the problem .actually it is a good app and you have to make sure that you understand all the features well since with support sometimes it might take longer than usual to get an answer but overall I recommend this app

I am recently using this app to set up my delivery and pick up system for a new website. Each member of the customer support has been very helpful so far and are doing a great job so you can run your website smoothly. Very reactive and professional!

Seriously. 5 Stars. The app is working perfectly. I needed some support to activate it because I am absolutely a non programmer/tech head, but that's where their staff stepped in and worked their magic. And...they did it cheerfully! :)

I rarely give anyone a full 5 stars but this company 100% deserves it. The app is really great for our store. We needed an option to offer local delivery plus an in store pickup option and this is the best app out there for that. Their customer service is what blew my mind. Not only do they respond right away,they go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and fully understand what is needed to be done. In my situation I needed help figuring out how to disable their app for specific products and they provided me the answer, upgraded my app and actually input code into my website to ensure it worked. Even after that, they continue to help me in a prompt manner on every question that I have. They are truly genuine people who care about helping their customers not only use the app but be successful in their business. I am beyond impressed and grateful I found them.

Best support ever! This app really helped us with our 40 pick up points. Needs for every eshop are different. This amazing team heard our feedback and helped us on every change that we needed. For us a great support team is worth more than an app. Here we have both. And even under the current circumstances everyone in this team was here for us, fixing every problem. Thank you guys!

The app works well when it works but support is unavailable. I opened a support ticket and it got closed with no resolution, no follow up and no notification. I discovered they closed my ticket themselves without telling me. I have sent countless emails and left phone messages and have had no resolution to my store pick up issue after 8 days. We lost a whole bunch of Mother’s Day business. I understand they are super busy during this time but I wish there was someone who could help me. I really want to use this product but they don’t make it easy!
