We used this app since May 2020. In November we started having a lot of issues. Zapiet uses tags for orders. These were missing off some orders and and missed by our staff so customers didn't receive they order which got us bad reviews. The limit on how many deliveries also stopped working. After seeking help from Zapiet they informed me that we was on an old version and they would upgrade me. ...

Great customer service! We had trouble with the install and their team helped it get resolved quickly. Once we got it working the app works great!

This is the 4th pickup and delivery app I have gone through, and it's so worth the money. It just works. No issues, no problems, easy set up. Every other app had so many limitations or additional add-ons required. Zapiet does everything I need it to. Support is 1st class also and will go above and beyond to help you make your store right. 5 stars for Kitty.

I couldn’t recommend this app or the people who work on it enough. I had an issue trying to set up all products for local pickup. I spoke with Stephane who talked me through it step by step and within less than 10 minutes I knew how to do it!! Awesome app! Very easy to work with the app developer and he helped getting it all setup and working to my satisfaction. I like that he's continually developing and enhancing it! Really recommend this app if click & collect is something you'd like to do with your Shopify website
We're still in the testing phases, but this app seems to do what it is supposed to do, and do it well!
Installation support via chat with Andrew was not only prompt, but friendly and on a Monday evening no less. Highly recommended!
