I used this app to offer in-store pickups. Unfortunately this app interfered with my "Envy" Theme and didn't allow my clients to click-through "place an order". In this time I occurred a lot of abandoned carts. I do believe this app works, however, it did not integrate with my theme and had no error message, i just backtracked to installing this app, then things went back to normal.

I tried installing and setting up the App. I didn't have any luck with getting it working. Submitted two support requests with no luck getting help.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in April.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up on the support front as we just did not have enough man hours available to keep up.

We have since grown our support team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

Awesome app! Very easy to work with the app developer and he helped getting it all setup and working to my satisfaction. I like that he's continually developing and enhancing it! Really recommend this app if click & collect is something you'd like to do with your Shopify website

Das einzig Gute ist der Live Chat. Es soll 29$ Dollar kosten und wir benutzen eigentlich nur 20% Der App, weil der Rest unbrauchbar ist. Nur Englische Sprache verfügbar. Adressen werden nicht als URL hinterlegt, weil es nicht möglich ist sagen die Mitarbeiter. Wir können eurer App benutzen, wir müssen alles umbauen und wenn man beim Umbauen nach Hilfe fragt, wird einem geanwortet " Das ist nicht möglich " Kundenservice geht anders.

Could never get app to work support seems to be non existent with this company or person or what ever it or they are. But they need to hired someone or stop offer this app on this platform if they can’t handle it waste of time

Great App and once fully implemented on my site I should be able to stop using some other complicated shipping apps/processes. Had some minor install issues due to my site customisations but the team provided me with excellent support that allowed me to solve my challenges. Ironically, 3-4 hours after installing and going live we had our first store pick up/click and collect customer seamlessly place an order ;-) Highly recommended.

This app offers a FREE One Hour Set up Consultation Zoom call with a specialist and it was super helpful for me to have this time. Charlie, who was my specialist was really awesome. She knew what she was talking about, but also was able to clearly communicate so that I could learn how to manage these things myself. As a newbie to Shopify, I was so impressed with this feature offered by Zapiet Store Delivery + Pick Up

Best thing about this app is the support. These guys want you to be successfull and care about the customer. Pre sales, they listened to every question I had and walked me trough my product integration. Clean app. Easy to use. Gets the job done and was developed well.
