I am a new user of Zapiet and less than 24 hours in, I am THRILLED. Beyond the fact that it provides me (a small business owner) with capabilities that Shopify does not, I needed help and Jessica (customer support) got online with me and took over - fixed what I was doing wrong (my lack of understanding, not an issue with the app), but she also taught me what went wrong so I can be self-sufficient. I am so pleased and this app is going to make a real difference to my business in 2023. Thank you!

Hello I had some issues with the support for the delay in solving an issue with there app , but finally, they were in contact with me again and solved the problem .actually it is a good app and you have to make sure that you understand all the features well since with support sometimes it might take longer than usual to get an answer but overall I recommend this app

This is our second site we have installed this app and it's working without any issue. Great app and amazing support. We wanted some customisation and Andy and his team made it work like a charm! Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.

Terrible customer service and support. I use this app for my flower shop for local pickup and delivery. Everything worked great for awhile, but lately we've been starting to have some issues. We have had two orders where there was no delivery date. We reported this problem last week and haven't heard back. I sent a follow-up today, and couldn't talk to an actual person, just a bot that basically told me to wait another day.

This app is fantastic! I was building a website for a client, and the Zapiet support team has been nothing short of amazing - we ran into a few small bumps, which the team remedied quickly. They explained the solutions in ways I could easily understand, and both Zapiet apps I'm using run perfectly with the site. Highly, highly recommed - I doubt there's a better looking app or more responsive support team out there! Plus my client is blown away by how simple it is to use! You won't regret this purchase.

Thank-you Ismail for all your help installing the app and for taking the time to make sure everything was running smoothly. Your friendly, responsive and knowledgeable service is very much appreciated. I look forward to launching our online store. The app is perfect for what our bakery needs to schedule pick-ups and local deliveries. It allows us to easily set specific days and time slots for both our pick-ups and deliveries. As well as to set product date restrictions. We bake special desserts only on the weekends and this app easily helps us manage that. Thank-you again for going above and beyond to help us!

Works great. I only have one pickup location, so maybe that makes it easier to use? No issues that I can see.
