Sandy was quick to resolve my issues so I was able to continue on with receiving orders. This is my stores most important app to function and the staff is always very helpful to address any problems that may occur

Great app, great fast and kind support. Works as expected and is worth the money!

The only thing to keep in mind is that the standard abandoned cart emails from Shopify won't work with the app because they bypass the date selection. With a modification, you could direct your customers to the cart instead of the checkout. This would work, but from a conversion perspective, leading them to checkout would be more effective. Additionally, if a customer opens the link in your email on a different device, they won't see any products in their cart because Shopify stores the cart locally in a cookie.

The customer support from Zapiet is unmatched. If we're ever having a problem or need help doing something (even adding custom code) they are very quick to respond and always help us solve the problem (even if it's a Shopify problem).

Actually had my issue resolved within a couple of hours, rather than being palmed off back to Shopify or another app (which is what I've come to expect from most support services).
