Support are great and respond quickly. I would love the option to bulk manage locations, other than that. Great application. Bogi specifically has been very helpful! :)

We have had quite a few teething problems with getting the app set up to our specific requirements and the customer service we have received has been fantastic. Communication from the support team has been excellent and always fast

This app has been pretty great for our online store! It allows us to take orders for local pick-up. It's fairly straight-forward to use and set up. Zapiet has been very responsive in their customer service and helping to address any issues we have. I would definitely recommend this app! Thank you Zapiet and all your great employees .

Support team is great however, we have been experiencing some issues related to updates by Shopify that have led to bugs and downtime. When it's working, it works great.

A bit tricky to set up and get just right for your specific needs (we are a local flower shop), but once you get it going it works like a dream!

*Updated as issues have been resolved* We've been using Zapiet since day 1 and it as great when we first began using it, but there has been too many issues recently. There's been a few ups and downs with the plugin, but overall it's giving my high traffic store the functionality to offer more ways of selling and fulfilling. There's been a few bumps, but the support team has been there to help. Overall, I'd recommend trying it.

It's great. Adds a functionality that is oddly missing out of the box with Shopify. But Zapiet knocks it out of the park with lots of features and functions. It might be a tad complicated to set up, but the support team is always there to help.
